October 31st - HALLOWEEN!

Today is the day that I finally decided to start my own blog. There's been a few different reasons why I should & shouldn't start writing in one. First of all...I'm a single college student who you would think wouldn't have much to say because I don't have any little kiddies running around or a husband that does cute things for me. But, then I was thinking about it and it would be beneficial to me. I would be able to write all of my feelings out on paper which I never do and also can lurk around other blogs. Most of all, I wanted a new hobby. I needed something to do in my life besides go to school, work, play tennis, and hang out with friends. I wanted to look around and find tutorials; cooking & recipes, health & fitness, DIY tutorials that teach you how to make cute little knick-knacks & to learn how to dress cute. But, problem is I don't even know how to look at other blogs. Maybe I need to write a first blog before I can look at other peoples? I guess I will find out after this. Anyways, last night I went out to a party in the first time for a while. Before that, all of us gals went over to Mary's house as her brother is off the market and is now married (Congrats!). It was a blast...we did the electric slide a few times and danced around for quite sometime. I would have rather stayed there all night and danced then go to a Halloween party. Turns out the Halloween party we went to was pretty darn fun! The best costume I saw had to of been the "Morphsuits" where about 7 guys had them on each of different colors and you couldn't see their face or anything. Also, there was some type of midget wizard that was pretty clever! I was going to go as a nun, which I thought would be funny but ended up going as a felon. Good thing I didn't go as a nun because there were 2 other nuns there! All in all it was a good time and I'm glad I went. Today is my brother Marshy's birthday! My mom and step dad are having a hullabaloo at their house and we are BBQing, playing horse shoes, and hanging around. Can't wait! First I need to get my Good Will fix and try to find some cute new clothes. I feel like I haven't gone shopping in forever! I love shopping at Good Will... especially the fact that you can find some awesome name brand and almost new condition clothes for under $5! What other store can you do that at?! NONE. I'm hoping I find some more cute sweaters and long sleeve shirts and also I need to look for more work clothes. Welp, this has been sufficient for my first blog so stay tuned and hopefully I can learn how to look at other blogs! :)
